This is the simplest and most commonly used method for billing legal services in the market. We agree with the client on the hourly rate for the provided services. Compensation is calculated upon the conclusion of the case or after a specified period (usually a calendar month), as the product of hours dedicated to the specific matter and the pre-established rate. The client always receives a detailed breakdown of the tasks carried out by us.

Fixed fee arrangements involve a predetermined compensation amount for a specified package of hours that the client can utilize within a month. This billing method is effectively employed in cases where the scope of performed tasks can be estimated in advance. The fixed fee is always set to ensure that the cost of legal services purchased within the package remains lower than the standard hourly rate. After utilizing the hours from the package, the client has the option to purchase additional hours under preferential terms.

In the event of agreeing to compensation in the form of a success fee, the client provides a modest fixed fee to us. The remaining portion of the compensation is determined as a fractional share of the recovered amount. The success fee is payable to the firm solely upon the successful conclusion of the assigned matter to the client’s satisfaction.
