A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. Enrolled on the list of Attorneys-at-Law of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Krakow, as well as on the list of Tax Advisers of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers in Warsaw.

With over 15 years of professional experience, he has worked as the Attorney-at-Law in renowned law firms, served as an in-house lawyer in international corporations, and established his own legal practice.

Michał specializes in corporate law, tax law, and new technology law. He possesses extensive procedural experience in business cases and proceedings before arbitration courts.
